  • Apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom which is ensuite has double bed, fitted wardrobe, and double patio doors which lead onto the outside terrace.The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, large window.
  • A further two guests can be accommodated on the bed settee in the living room. The bed settee is designed to sleep 2 adults.
  • Cots are available to hire at a cost of 100LE per week.
  • Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer ,electric hob and oven plus a microwave,  a breakfast bar and 4 stools in the kitchen or small table and chairs on the terrace.
  • Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, ensuite with shower and toilet
  • Living room with settee which is also a sofa bed, 1 armchair, double patio doors and picture window leading onto the outside terrace.
  • TV with access to satellite channels. 
  • Large air conditioning unit in the main room.


The apartment is well equipped with ample towels and bedding provided, even your beach towels are included. We have also included such home comforts as iron and ironing board, hair dryer and we have decorated the apartment with those finishing touches such as lamps, cushions,side tables and art work , all designed to make your stay in our apartment an experience you will want to repeat.

We are 10 minutes by taxi from the town centre which has a large variety of restaurants.  We do have a pool snack bar on site and BBQ area on the promenade.The resort is set in the most idyllic location on the East bank with truly amazing views to the mountains of the Valley of the Kings and Queens. Take a drink in the evening to the private promenade which runs along the River Nile and watch wonderful sunsets. There is a private swimming pool with a toddler pool, sun-beds and sun-umbrellas around the pool and on the private promenade. The resort has beautiful gardens and therefore lots of birds and butterflies. There is a roof terrace which again has fantastic unrestricted views. We have 260 meters of Nile front.

​Housekeeping

This is a self-catering apartment but, housekeeping services such as daily cleaning of floors and baths are available on request, the admin office will have full details and costs. Security There is 24 hour security on site. Cot hire is available at 100 le per week. Air conditioning there is a large air conditioning unit in the apartment. The lounge and master bedroom have patio doors that open out onto a very large balcony. t​.
